I reached out to Fidi whilst I was still at home in the UK. I had contacted a couple of other Tour Guides but they didn’t come back to me and/or communication wasn’t great. Fidi was amazing from the start. Going above and beyond to support me in my planning. When I made a mistake with my flights and landed at midnight and not midday, Fidi arranged for her Brother to collect us from the airport and drive us to our hotel.

Fidi and her (very funny) Husband were our wonderful private tour guides for our very short trip. Bali is beautiful. Fidi surprised us with extras that we hadn’t booked and what we did book was far more extravagant than we could ever have imagined.

Not only does Fidi know all the best spots, she’s also an amazing photographer! She took us to both the Instagram-famous places and hidden gems, and patiently helped us get the perfect photos. Watching sunrise at Mount Batur was magical, and she made sure we had the best viewing spot. Beyond the photos, her stories about each place made the trip so much more meaningful. She really goes the extra mile.

Traveling with 3 kids isn’t easy, but Fidi made it stress-free. She had coloring books and games in the car, and picked activities that the kids loved. At the zoo and bird park, she explained everything in a way that kept them interested. The kids still talk about feeding elephants and colorful birds! She balanced fun for them and relaxation for us parents perfectly. A family trip we’ll never forget.

Fidi’s English is excellent and she’s so easy to communicate with. When bad weather ruined our original plans, she quickly suggested alternatives and saved the day. We ended up visiting Ubud art villages to see batik and wood carving, which was amazing. She stayed upbeat the whole time and made sure we still had a fantastic day. Her positive energy and flexibility really impressed me.

The Nusa Penida day trip with Fidi was incredible! She arranged everything perfectly — boat tickets, transport on the island, all of it stress-free. The views at Kelingking Beach and Angel’s Billabong were unreal, and Fidi also took the most amazing photos for us (she seriously has an eye for it!). She really cared about making sure the whole day felt special. Definitely the highlight of our Bali trip.

Foodies will love this! Fidi took us to warungs with dishes like bebek betutu, sate lilit, and lawar — all delicious. She explained the ingredients and helped us pick based on our spice tolerance. The cooking class she arranged was so much fun too; we learned to make sambal and rendang. I never would have found these places or flavors on my own. Her passion for Balinese food really shines.

The Mount Batur sunrise trek was tough but so worth it! Fidi made sure we had everything we needed, from jackets to flashlights. She worked with local guides and handled all the details. Reaching the summit in time for sunrise over Lake Batur was breathtaking. Breakfast cooked with volcanic steam was such a cool touch! Her enthusiasm made even the early wake-up fun. I’ll never forget this.

I was a bit nervous about exploring Bali alone, but Fidi made me feel safe from the very start. She took me to Tegalalang Rice Terraces and coffee plantations, explaining so much along the way. I even got to try fresh luwak coffee. She also taught me a few Bahasa Indonesia phrases, which was fun! Her warmth and protective nature really gave me confidence to just enjoy my trip.

Fidi made our honeymoon feel like a dream. She arranged romantic dinners, private temple visits during sunset, and even surprised us with flowers at scenic spots. She also set up a couple’s spa session that was heavenly. The biggest surprise was helping organize a vow renewal at Uluwatu — something we’ll never forget. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness made it truly magical.

This was hands down one of the best adventure days I’ve had! Fidi arranged white-water rafting and everything felt super safe and well organized. Afterwards she even surprised us with a hidden waterfall stop that wasn’t on the itinerary. That little touch made the day so special. Her car was spotless and comfortable too. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe the entire time, which meant I could just relax and enjoy every moment.

This was exactly what we needed after busy sightseeing! Fidi took us to quiet, beautiful beaches in Nusa Dua and even arranged a beachfront spa treatment. She found a great spot for lunch with amazing ocean views. She also knows which beaches are best for swimming, surfing, or just relaxing. She even negotiated better prices for some water activities. We felt totally spoiled and relaxed all day.

What an amazing day! Fidi took us to Uluwatu and Tanah Lot and explained everything in such a fun and easy way. I really enjoyed her stories about the temples and traditions. The dance performance she arranged was unforgettable and gave me goosebumps. I also felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. Honestly, this was one of the best cultural experiences I’ve ever had in my travels!

No hidden charges, just clear and fair. The lunches at local places were always delicious too. The car was well kept, comfy, and had AC. Fidi is hands down the best guide we’ve ever had! We did the East Bali tour — Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, and some villages — and she made every stop so meaningful with her stories and explanations. She even helped us join temple ceremonies respectfully, which was such a unique experience. Lunch at a local warung was delicious too. On top of everything, she drives safely and always looked out for our comfort. Couldn’t recommend her more!

This felt like the “real” Bali. Fidi took us to her friend’s family compound, where we learned about daily life and traditional architecture. We joined a cooking class with local women and made dishes like gado-gado and nasi goreng — so tasty! The morning market trip was also fascinating, she explained all the fruits and spices. It didn’t feel touristy at all, more like being welcomed into the community. Such a special memory.

Our airport pickup with Fidi couldn’t have been easier. She was waiting for us with a sign, helped with luggage, and the car was cool and clean. On the drive, she gave us helpful tips about where to eat and what to see, and even stopped at a market so we could buy SIM cards and exchange money. Friendly, professional, and thoughtful — exactly what you want after a long flight!

The waterfall trip with Fidi was pure magic! We visited Tegenungan, Gitgit, and even a secret one deep in the jungle. She knew all the best swimming spots and photo angles. She even brought waterproof bags for our phones and extra towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The trek felt adventurous but she always kept us safe. Swimming in the natural pools was an absolute dream. One of our favorite Bali memories!
